Supporting Service Leavers and Future Engineers

This weekend, SeaKing was represented by Michael Rollings (Rolly), QA & Technical Support Manager, at the Service Leavers, Veterans, Youth & Cadet Job Fair held at the Warrington Youth Zone Centre.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with organisations supporting the wider Armed Forces community, as well as to engage with service leavers and veterans to discuss the opportunities and long-term benefits of a second career in marine electrical engineering.

Michael also spent time speaking with young people considering their future career paths, sharing insight into an industry that continues to evolve and offers strong technical development and progression opportunities.

Events like this play an important role in supporting transition, skills development and awareness of careers across the maritime and engineering sectors.
